Product DetailsThe spice Caravan
The Middle East was, and still is, the place where spices are treated as a precious commodity and people take a lot of pride in mixing different spices and creating their own brand of spices. For many thousands of years, trade started with the Phoenicians, or as they used to be called the Purple Traders™. These caravans that traveled from the East to the West carried their precious loads of spices, silk, clothing, jewels, and every tradable item that they could carry; and this created a new taste of life for those who had never experienced different such a variety of tastes. Herbs and spices create and enhance the flavor of foods; but not all spices are compatible with all foods. Each and every one can give you a vastly different taste and experience. However, when combined well, their flavor is unmatched. We created a list of spices & herbs that go well with meats, vegetables, and sweets.Spices (click on the pictures for details)
